The location was unbeatable - close to the airport and the free shuttle service, and terminal for early departure the following morning. The room I booked was well-kept and extremely pleasant with windows facing the highway.

I appreciated the convenient shuttle to the airport and really enjoyed the proximity to restaurants like L&L Hawaiian Barbecue and Starbucks, perfect for my weekend strolls. Plus, the comfortable room allowed me to recharge for my city explorations.

Very good airport hotel with 24h shuttle.

We enjoyed hitting the local nightlife and checking out fine beaches nearby. The shuttle service was super convenient. The pool area was a nice touch too. Perfect for a group getaway, just manage expectations around room cleanliness and amenities.

One downside was the initial delay at check-in where they struggled to find our reservation. It took some time, which wasn't ideal after a long trip.

Loved this fairly clean and ideal place, cooperative staff and fully functional rooms. The location of the property was magnificent as we were near airport and The Bus, a bus into downtown Honolulu, Waikiki and Pearl Harbor. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.

Good location with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The pool area was clean, and the breakfast was excellent. I encountered issues with the reservation that caused initial confusion and experienced a high cab fare to the hotel since the shuttle service was unavailable at our late arrival.

The comfort and cleanliness of the hotel and the room with friendly staff from Front Desk to housekeeping, Bell, Maintenance..Everyone shares a lot of Aloha..We stayed at this hotel 41 years ago for our honeymoon when it was known as the Holiday Inn..I was very impressed being here 41 years later..I will definitely be back again when we visit the islands again..

We had seven family members catching flights back to the mainland after a week on Lanikai. We needed a couple of rooms to act as a meeting point for luggage and goodbyes. Your staff was very helpful, the transportation to the airport was on time and friendly, and our rooms were clean and comfortable. I will recommend your hotel to any of our family and friends who are planning a trip to your beautiful island. We were in Room 123, we had some issues with the doors out to the parking lot, they would occasionally not open from the inside, which seemed strange. My last comment, the orange guava juice you served with breakfast was the best I have ever tasted. Keep up the good work.
